AVIOT is bringing the Vongole Family back to life in a very practical way. The Japanese audio brand has launched the TE-Q3-RBN, a special true wireless earbud collaboration with Katekyo Hitman REBORN! featuring a black-and-gold design, newly recorded character voices, and packaging built around the anime’s most memorable imagery.
Priced at ¥22,880 including tax, the collaboration model is based on AVIOT’s compact TE-Q3 noise-canceling earbuds. The biggest surprise is tucked into the software: more than 150 newly recorded voice lines are included, covering system announcements as well as a random-play feature that brings back notable dialogue from the series.
The TE-Q3-RBN is AVIOT’s latest anime-focused audio release for longtime REBORN! fans who want something more subtle than a character-covered accessory. Its styling keeps the main body sleek and understated, while the details point directly to the Vongole Family and the series’ signature “Deathperation flame.”
Eight character modes bring the collaboration to life
Users can switch between eight individual voice modes through AVIOT’s dedicated app. The available choices are Reborn, Tsunayoshi Sawada, Hayato Gokudera, Takeshi Yamamoto, Kyoya Hibari, Mukuro Rokudo, Ryohei Sasagawa, and Adult Lambo.
Each mode combines voice guidance for functions such as powering on, shutting down, and connecting to a device with the collaboration’s random voice feature. That means the earbuds can deliver practical notifications while also occasionally playing one of the newly recorded series lines.
AVIOT has not treated the voice content as a simple name swap, either. The company describes the set as containing more than 150 completely new recordings, giving the eight modes a substantial role in the overall experience. Fans will need the AVIOT Connect app to change characters and customize supported settings.
A luxury black-and-gold design
The charging case uses a black finish accented with gold, with the Vongole Family emblem placed prominently on the exterior. The earbuds themselves feature a more restrained decoration inspired by the “Deathperation flame,” keeping the collaboration recognizable without overwhelming the compact form factor.
The packaging gets its own exclusive artwork. The newly drawn visual shows the characters wearing formal black suits, each with a Vongole Family emblem pin on the chest. Their poses are designed to evoke some of Katekyo Hitman REBORN!’s most iconic scenes, making the box part of the collectible appeal rather than just a shipping container.
AVIOT’s product announcement lists the TE-Q3-RBN among its recent collaboration releases, with the model announced on September 25, 2025. The product is offered through AVIOT’s official sales channels in Japan.
TE-Q3 features include ANC, wireless charging, and 42-hour battery life
Underneath the franchise branding, the TE-Q3-RBN retains the core hardware of AVIOT’s TE-Q3. The earbuds use 10mm dynamic drivers and active noise canceling, while the company positions the Q Series as a compact option with a charging case designed to fit easily in the palm of a hand.
Playback reaches up to 11.5 hours on the earbuds and up to 42 hours when the charging case is included, although actual results can vary depending on use. A 10-minute charge provides up to 90 minutes of playback, and the case supports USB Type-C as well as wireless charging.
Other features include multipoint connectivity for up to two devices, single-ear use, Bluetooth 5.3, AAC and SBC codec support, and an IPX4-equivalent water-resistance rating for the earbuds themselves. Each earbud weighs approximately 4.2 grams, and the package includes S, M, and L silicone ear tips along with a USB Type-C cable and manual.
The TE-Q3 platform has reportedly shipped approximately 320,000 units as of April 2025. AVIOT also highlights medical-grade silicone for the ear tips, though—as with any wearable product—that material does not guarantee that every user will avoid an allergic reaction.
For fans of the anime, this collaboration lands at an interesting moment: the official Katekyo Hitman REBORN! anime website has also been promoting the franchise’s 20th Anniversary Year. The earbuds do not announce a new anime project or continuation, but they do show that the series remains active in the world of licensed merchandise and fan-focused releases.
The main detail worth keeping an eye on is availability. With a premium price and a voice collection designed specifically around eight characters, the TE-Q3-RBN is aimed at collectors as much as everyday audio users. Fans considering a purchase should check AVIOT’s official product information for ordering status, stock, and any region restrictions before making plans.
